Along the Dodder below UCD, the houses are mostly 1930s to 1960s semis and detached homes on Clonskeagh Road, Roebuck Road, Bird Avenue and Whitebeam Road.
These are hipped-roof houses in redbrick or render, with concrete tile on most and slate on some of the earlier ones, and a chimney on the party wall. Near the bridge and the old mill sites there are older houses with slate. Many have a flat-roofed kitchen extension at the back, and some have attic rooms with dormers or roof windows.
Every job starts with a free survey of the roof and a clear price from Jordan.
Jordan looks at the whole roof, from above with a drone where it helps, so the price is based on what is actually there.
A written price before any work starts. If hidden damage turns up, Jordan shows you and prices it before going further.
Fully qualified roofers, proper materials, and the site left clean when the job is done.
On the Dodder, Milltown is just upstream and Donnybrook just downstream.
