Full strip and re-roof in natural slate or tile, with new felt and battens.
Flat roofs
New flat roofs and repairs, laid with a proper fall so the water runs off.
Chimney repairs and rebuilds
Repointing, capping, rebuilds and new lead flashing.
Fascia, soffits and guttering
uPVC fascia and soffits, new gutters and downpipes, set to drain.
Attic insulation
Insulation topped up or laid fresh from inside the attic, with the eaves vents kept clear.
Velux windows
Roof windows replaced or re-flashed into the slate so they stop leaking.
Free drone surveys
The whole roof seen from above, where flying is allowed, before anything is priced.
