How surveys, quotes and jobs work with Delta Roofing.
Delta Roofing is a family-run roofing business based at 6 Ravensdale Park, Kimmage, Dublin 12. It is fully insured, tax and VAT registered, and a member of the National Guild of Master Craftsmen.
The survey of your roof and the price that follows it are free and carry no obligation. The price is based on what the survey finds. If the work uncovers something the survey could not see, such as rotten timber under the slates, Jordan will tell you before that extra work is done and agree a price for it with you.
Work is booked in with you once you accept the quote. Dates can move for weather, because roofing in the rain is neither safe nor good for the roof, and we will tell you if that happens. We clear the site when the job is done.
Payment terms are agreed with you when you accept the quote and are written on it. VAT is charged at the applicable rate.
The content of this site is for general information. Photos are of Delta Roofing's own work. Reviews are shown exactly as Google publishes them and are not edited by us. Nothing on the site is a quote until Jordan has surveyed your roof and given you one in writing.
