Victorian and Edwardian redbrick terraces off Drumcondra Road, Iona Road and Botanic Avenue, and 1930s houses along Griffith Avenue. Much of the roofing is slate, and a lot of it is original.
The terraces between Drumcondra Road and the Tolka, and around Iona Road, Lindsay Road, Hollybank Road and Botanic Avenue, have steep slate roofs, valleys between houses, parapet gutters on some fronts and chimney stacks on the party walls. Around Croke Park and Clonliffe Road the terraces are smaller and older. Griffith Avenue and the roads off it are 1920s and 1930s houses with hipped tile or slate roofs. Many of the older houses have a return at the back and an attic conversion.
Every job starts with a free survey of the roof and a clear price from Jordan.
Jordan looks at the whole roof, from above with a drone where it helps, so the price is based on what is actually there.
A written price before any work starts. If hidden damage turns up, Jordan shows you and prices it before going further.
Fully qualified roofers, proper materials, and the site left clean when the job is done.
Delta Roofing also works in Glasnevin and Whitehall next door.
